Affiliate Program Terms

1. Definitions

• "We", "us", "our" means NudeLockr and its operators.
• "You", "Affiliate" means the person or entity applying to or participating in the program.
• "Referral Link" means the unique URL we provide for you to promote NudeLockr.
• "Qualified Referral" means a new NudeLockr customer who signs up through your Referral Link, meets our eligibility rules, and pays for a qualifying plan.

2. Eligibility & Application

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement.
• You must submit an application and receive approval before promoting as an Affiliate.
• We may approve or decline applications at our sole discretion, and we may revoke approval later if your content or conduct conflicts with these terms or our brand/safety standards.
• We are not obligated to provide a reason for declining or revoking an application.

3. Referral Links & Tracking

• Once approved, you'll receive one or more Referral Links. You are responsible for using the correct links in your content.
• We use cookies and other tracking methods to attribute signups to Affiliates. Tracking windows, cookie duration (currently 90 days), and technical limitations may change over time.
• A referral is only credited when our systems record the Referral Link and the customer completes signup in the same session or within the active tracking window.
• If tracking is removed, blocked, or overwritten (for example, by ad blockers, privacy tools, or another Affiliate's link), we are not responsible for untracked or unattributed referrals.

• You are solely responsible for complying with all advertising, disclosure, and endorsement rules that apply where your audience lives, including FTC endorsement guidelines if you target U.S. audiences.
• You must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission when you share your Referral Link. For example: "I may earn a commission if you sign up through my link."
• If we believe you are not following required disclosure rules, we may withhold or cancel commissions and/or remove you from the program.

7. Term, Termination & Changes

• This agreement begins when we approve your application and continues until terminated.
• Either you or we may terminate your participation at any time, for any reason, by giving written notice (including email).
• We may immediately suspend or terminate your account, and cancel unpaid commissions, if we believe you are violating these terms, our main Terms of Service, applicable laws, or causing risk to our brand or customers.
• We may update these Affiliate Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may notify you by email or via the dashboard. Your continued participation after changes go into effect means you accept the updated terms.

8. Relationship, Taxes & Liability

• Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and us. You are an independent contractor and not authorized to act on our behalf.
• You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations arising from commissions you receive. We may request tax forms or documentation where required by law.
• We do not guarantee that any Referral Link, tracking system, or campaign will generate income.
• To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you related to the Affiliate Program is limited to the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
